Mr. Ken H
Ken is a serial entrepreneur, investor and cross-border operator whose three-decade career reads as a working atlas of Southeast Asia’s own transformation. He founded Zulu Limited in 2021 with a single, unambiguous thesis: the world’s most creative game craft is emerging from the East, but the world’s most demanding regulated markets sit in the West. Zulu was built to bridge that gap.
Before Zulu, Ken built and operated across seven distinct industries— technology infrastructure, financial services, derivatives and options trading, real estate, fintech (anchored in Vietnam with reach across Asia), hospitality and F&B, and — most directly relevant to Zulu — pachinko halls and gaming arcades. Few founders in the online-supplier space have walked the floor of a pachinko hall; Ken has run them.
That compounded portfolio gives Zulu something rare: a founder who reads game mathematics natively (from his options-trading years), who has built regulated digital platforms in emerging markets (from his fintech operations), who understands retention and customer craft (from hospitality and F&B), and who has stood commercial risk on a gaming floor at operational scale (from pachinko and arcades).

Manish Tripathi
Manish Tripathi is a serial entrepreneur, mathematician and technology leader with 20 years of experience spanning gaming, casino-game mathematics, game design, product development, technology and studio operations.
His entry into the international gaming industry came through an Offshore Development Centre supporting Octavian International, which was later acquired by Inspired Entertainment. During this period, he became one of India’s earliest self-trained casino-game mathematicians, developing specialist expertise in probability models, paytable design, volatility, return-to-player structures and the commercial behaviour of casino games.
In 2011, he founded Probability Gaming, one of the first few gaming-technology companies to emerge from North India, and among the early companies globally to embark on the development of HTML5 games. Under his leadership, the company helped establish and develop a professional ecosystem of game mathematicians, designers, artists and engineers in India. Probability Gaming has since delivered end-to-end, bespoke, supplier-level solutions to major gaming operators and industry leaders, as well as to businesses and entrepreneurs new to the industry seeking to enter the market.
Over the years, he has worked with leading organisations including Entain (formerly GVC), The Rank Group, Stride Gaming, Nektan and Peak Games, across game mathematics, creative design, technology development, platform integration and complete gaming solutions tailored to both established operators and emerging businesses.
He later co-founded Zulu Limited in Malta to create and distribute proprietary online casino content through regulated international channels. Supported by an experienced cross-border team, Zulu has secured UK Gambling Commission B2B supplier and Remote Casino Host licences and is developing a growing portfolio of premium casino games for regulated global markets.
At Zulu, he leads game strategy, mathematics, product design and studio development, combining analytical depth with a practical understanding of player behaviour, operator requirements and the evolving technology landscape.
His academic background is in Mathematics, with an M.Phil. in Operational Research from Delhi. He began his professional journey as a faculty member at The Scindia School, one of India’s leading boarding schools, before contributing to a strategic research project on Comprehensive National Power for the IDSA of the Indian Armed Forces.
A strong advocate of emerging technologies, he is passionate about exploring the latest innovations and finding ways to integrate them into the gaming world, with particular interest in extended reality (XR), artificial intelligence in gaming and new technology-led approaches to game development, player engagement and immersive entertainment. Beyond gaming, Manish enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, playing chess, exploring strategy-related subjects, and following international relations and geopolitics.
